Potential competitors are reminded of the need to be insured and may be requested to
produce proof of insurance eg BMFA membership.
You will also for safety reasons be required to wear a wrist strap.
(this must also be capable of withstanding the pull test)

It is advisable to arrive by 9am for most competitions as registration is
usually around 9-30am and a very large entry may necessitate an early start.
If in doubt about the start time, or location please contact the above named person.
